Site Coordinators

Team Read’s Site Coordinators are committed teachers or librarians at our partner elementary schools who play the critical role of supervising and managing the tutoring sessions for their respective schools.

Our Site Coordinators know the students, parents, teachers and other school staff which helps with program coordination and quality.

Team Read provides them with the training and support they need to operate a successful program at their school.

Site Assistants

Each year we promote outstanding reading coaches to the role of site assistant. They provide support to the site coordinators and reading coaches to ensure the effective operation and quality of the program. This includes modeling appropriate tutoring behaviors and strategies.
